This tutorial will guide you through the process of setting up your WiiM devices to stream TV audio to different locations using the multi-room audio feature.
With the multi-room audio feature, you can stream TV audio throughout your home, allowing everyone to seamlessly enjoy TV shows, like talk shows, football matches, or the NBA, without any interruptions or sound fading away. For example, you can host a party in the front yard with friends while still keeping up with your favorite football match.
In this example, we will use the multi-room audio feature to stream TV audio to three locations: the TV room, living room, and front yard, as shown in the diagram below.
Preparation
- Connect the master WiiM device to the speakers in the TV room.
- Connect a second WiiM device to the front yard speakers.
- Connect a third WiiM device to the living room speakers.
- Set up all the three WiiM devices properly.
