Troubleshooting

If you're unable to get past the "Test Sound" part of the setup, please try the following steps:

  1. Clean the ends of the SPDIF/COAX cable to remove any dust, ensuring a clear connection.
  2. Verify the active output port by going to the Device tab, then Device Settings (represented by the gear icon), and selecting Audio Output. Please ensure you are using the correct audio output and that the connecting cable is securely attached.
  3. Test the sound output by navigating to the Device tab > Device Settings (gear icon) > Audio Settings > SPDIF/COAX Output Resolution. Set the sample rate to 48kHz and the bit depth to 16 bits, and then check if you can hear sound.
  4. If you can hear sound at the 16/48 resolution, try changing the resolution to 24/192 and check again.
