If you notice a delay or latency while streaming music to your WiiM device via Spotify Connect, try the following steps to fix this issue.

1. Disable Fade-In & Fade-Out Effects

Steps:

  1. Open the WiiM Home app on your mobile device.
  2. Go to the Devices tab, and tap the Device Settings Device Settings icon of your WiiM device.
  3. Select Audio Settings, then disable Fade-In & Fade-Out Effects at the bottom of the screen. Fade-In & Fade-Out Effects settings

2. Sync Audio

Steps:

  1. Go to Device Settings of your WiiM device in the WiiM Home app.
  2. Select Sync Audio in the Sound section.
  3. Select Auto Sync or Manual Sync to adjust the best latency setting for your setup. Sync Audio settings
