Troubleshooting Steps

1. Disable Fade-In & Fade-Out Effects

1. Open the WiiM Home app on your mobile device.
   
   
2. Go to the Devices tab, and tap the Device Settings icon of your WiiM device.
   
   
3. Select Audio Settings in the Sound section.
   
   
4. Scroll down to the bottom and disable Fade-In & Fade-Out Effects.
   

2. Sync Audio

1. Go to Device Settings of your WiiM device in the WiiM Home app.
   
   
2. Select Sync Audio in the Sound section.
   
   
3. Select Auto Sync or Manual Sync to fine-tune the best latency setting for your setup.
