1. Enabling Inter-Device Communication:
- Navigate to the ‘WiFi Security’ tab in your FRITZ!Box router settings.
- Locate the option: “The WLAN devices displayed may communicate with each other.”
- Ensure this setting is enabled to facilitate communication between devices connected to your network.
2. Optimizing Network Speed by Splitting WiFi Bands:
- We've observed that the network performance can significantly degrade when WiiM devices are connected over the 2.4GHz band.
- To mitigate this, we recommend splitting the dual 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands into two distinct networks.
