WiiM beta testing program gives you the opportunity to try out new features and music services before they are officially released. By joining the beta testing program, you help improve the performance and functionality of WiiM products.
Join Beta Testing
To join beta testing, follow these steps:
- Open the WiiM Home app.
- Go to the Devices tab and tap the Device Settings icon
of your WiiM device. - Select Device Info.
- Tap Join Beta Testing at the bottom of the screen.
- Select the beta firmware version that you wish to test.
- Tap Update Now to install the beta firmware on your WiiM device. The update may take a few minutes to complete.
- Once the firmware update is complete, your WiiM device will be on the beta testing firmware, and you're ready to start testing
Submit Beta Feedback
If you encounter any issues during your beta testing experience, you can send them to us in the WiiM Home app.
- Open the WiiM Home app.
- Go to the More tab and select Feedback.
- Complete the feedback and send it to us.
You will receive email response from WiiM Support in the next 24 hours.
Leave a Beta Testing
If you wish to exit a beta testing and return to the offical firmware, follow these steps:
- Open the WiiM Home app.
- Go to the Devices tab and tap the Device Settings iconof your WiiM device.
- Select Device Info.
- Tap Join Beta Testing at the bottom of the screen.
- Select the beta testing you are currently participating in.
- Tap Back to Production Firmware to install the official firmware on your WiiM device. The update may take a few minutes to complete.
- Once the firmware update is complete, your WiiM device will return to the official firmware.
