Steps to Retrieve WiiM Home App Crash Logs

1. Open Settings on your iOS device.
   
   
2. Navigate to Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements.
   
3. Tap Analytics Data to view all the logs on your iOS device.
   
4. Type "WiiM" or "Muzo" in the search box to filter and locate the crash logs related to the WiiM Home App.
   
5. Open the WiiM Home App crash logs, then tap the share iconin the top-right corner of the screen to export the logs to your PC.
   
6. Send the WiiM Home App crash logs to WiiM Support for further diagnostics by either email or through a support ticket.
