WiiM Mini has been pre-calibrated based on the HomePod from Apple's recommendation for AirPlay sync by connecting a zero audio latency based monitor speaker.
However, you may connect Mini with a DAC, Amp or powered speaker that has the audio path latency of greater than 0 ms. In such cases, audio playback may no longer be perfectly synchronized with other AirPlay speakers.
To compensate for this, you can use the Sync Audio feature in the WiiM Home app to adjust the audio delay and improve synchronization. For detailed instructions, see Adjust Audio Delay in Multi-Room Mode.
