Using the audio balance control on WiiM devices is a straightforward process. The balance control allows you to adjust the left-right stereo balance of your WiiM streamers and Amp, which can be useful for optimizing sound based on speaker placement or personal preference. Here's how to do it:

1. Open the WiiM Home App: Start by opening the WiiM Home app on your smartphone or tablet. This app acts as the control center for all your WiiM devices.

2. Choose Your Device: In the app, tap on the 'Device' tab. Here, you'll see a list of all your connected WiiM devices. Select the one you want to adjust.

3. Enter Device Settings: Next to the volume bar of your chosen device, you'll find a 'gear icon' for settings. Tap this icon to enter the 'Audio Settings' menu. Within 'Audio Settings', locate the 'Volume Balance' control option. This feature will allow you to modify the stereo balance.

4. Adjust the Balance: You can move to adjust the balance between the left and right speakers. Slide it to the left to increase the volume of the left speaker, and to the right to increase the volume of the right speaker. Please check the picture below for details.

5. Test and Fine-Tune: After adjusting, play some audio to test the balance. You might need to adjust the slider a few times to find the perfect balance for your room and preferences.

6. Save Your Settings: The changes should save automatically, but it’s always good to double-check if the settings are saved before exiting the app.

Note: The exact steps may vary slightly based on your WiiM Home App version and the firmware of your WiiM devices. For optimal performance, keep both the app and your devices updated to the latest versions.
