Using the WiIM Home app to set up
- Plug in one audio receiver or speaker on your device and connect it to power.
- Download the WiiM Home App for iOS or Android and open it.
- Press your device's Play/Pause button until the LED is white and blinking.
- Tap the "Set up" button on the popup showing your device.
- Follow the steps in the App to set up your device.

Using AirPlay to set up
- Plug in one audio receiver or speaker on your device and connect it to power.
- Download the WiiM Home app for iOS or Android and open it.
- Press the Play/Pause button on your WiiM device until the LED is white and blinking.
- Enter Settings -> Wi-Fi screen on your iPhone
- Select your unit as the AirPlay speaker in the Wi-Fi screen.
- Follow the steps in the Wi-Fi screen to set up your device.
Using iOS Home App to set up
- Plug in one audio receiver or speaker on your device and connect it to power.
- Download the WiiM Home app for iOS or Android and open it.
- Press your device's Play/Pause button until the LED is white and blinking.
- Open the Home app and tap Add Accessory or Scan Acc .
- Please tap yellow "More options...?".
- Tap your device, which MUST be listed under "Select an Accessory to Add to you".
- Tap the "Allow" to allow your device to connect with your Wi-Fi network.

If for some reason you're still unable to connect please try these steps:
1. Disconnect and Reset Ethernet Connection:
- If your device is currently connected via Ethernet, please unplug the Ethernet cable.
- After disconnecting, perform a reset on your device to enable a standard network configuration.
2. Check Wi-Fi Extender and Primary Network Names:
- Verify if your Wi-Fi Extender and the Primary Network use the same network name (SSID).
- If they are identical, it is advisable to rename one to avoid confusion and potential connection conflicts.
3. Reconnect to Your Network:
- After making these adjustments, reconnect your device to your preferred network, whether it be through Ethernet or Wi-Fi.
4. Send Feedback for Further Assistance:
- If the issue persists despite these steps, we would appreciate it if you could send us feedback through the WiiM HOME app.
- Navigate to the app, select 'Settings', then 'Feedback', and submit your report. We will look over your feedback as soon as possible and work towards a solution.
