Using the WiIM Home app to set up


  1. Plug in one audio receiver or speaker on your device and connect it to power.
  2. Download the WiiM Home App for iOS or Android and open it.
  1. Press your device's Play/Pause button until the LED is white and blinking.
  2. Tap the "Set up" button on the popup showing your device.
  3. Follow the steps in the App to set up your device.

Using AirPlay to set up


  1. Plug in one audio receiver or speaker on your device and connect it to power.
  2. Download the WiiM Home app for iOS or Android and open it.
  3. Press the Play/Pause button on your WiiM device until the LED is white and blinking.
  4. Enter Settings -> Wi-Fi screen on your iPhone
  5. Select your unit as the AirPlay speaker in the Wi-Fi screen.
  6. Follow the steps in the Wi-Fi screen to set up your device.


Using iOS Home App to set up


  1. Plug in one audio receiver or speaker on your device and connect it to power.
  2. Download the WiiM Home app for iOS or Android and open it.
  3. Press your device's Play/Pause button until the LED is white and blinking.
  4. Open the Home app and tap Add Accessory or Scan Acc .
  5. Please tap yellow "More options...?".
  6. Tap your device, which MUST be listed under "Select an Accessory to Add to you".
  7. Tap the "Allow" to allow your device to connect with your Wi-Fi network.

If for some reason you're still unable to connect please try these steps:


1. Disconnect and Reset Ethernet Connection:

  • If your device is currently connected via Ethernet, please unplug the Ethernet cable.
  • After disconnecting, perform a reset on your device to enable a standard network configuration.


2. Check Wi-Fi Extender and Primary Network Names:

  • Verify if your Wi-Fi Extender and the Primary Network use the same network name (SSID).
  • If they are identical, it is advisable to rename one to avoid confusion and potential connection conflicts.

3. Reconnect to Your Network:

  • After making these adjustments, reconnect your device to your preferred network, whether it be through Ethernet or Wi-Fi.

4. Send Feedback for Further Assistance:

  • If the issue persists despite these steps, we would appreciate it if you could send us feedback through the WiiM HOME app.
  • Navigate to the app, select 'Settings', then 'Feedback', and submit your report. We will look over your feedback as soon as possible and work towards a solution.
